Jury still out

I am a bug magnet. While other people are sitting outside enjoying themselves, I am swatting away even with bug spray on. This helps on some bites but not on others. Will have to keep trying.

Somewhat Effecctive

8/15/2017 by Frank

Not a cure by any means, but in several tests on mosquito bites it provided some relief. In addition the itchy effects from
the bites treated with the bite helper seemed to disappear one or two days earlier than the untreated bites that occurred at the same time.

Worked well for me...not at all for my wife

chiggers win

I fear this bite helper was no help when it came to chiggers. I have yet to try it on mosquito munches but live in hope that it will be effective

Battery drain

Like the product but battery life is poor.

Didn’t work as advertised

Tried this on to separate occasions. Unsuccessful.

Kind of disappointed

The back will not stay on once you place a battery in the device

Worked once but....

The first time I used this it took away the itch and the bite disappeared. In Hawaii the mosquito's are evil and this was useless. The next time I used this at home it was useless. I would not recommend this.

Daughter disappointed

6/8/2018 by Nancy

I sent the bite helper to our daughter and her family in Austin. She said it arrived broken but she could tape it back together. It was not very successful in treating the mosquito bites. They have tried almost everything. They were disappointed in the results.

Despie multiple applications to bites, I suspect chiggers, on my ankles the itch returned. Temporary relief about 20 minutes at a time was the best I got. I eventually gave up and applied neosporin and bandaids to keep myself from scratching my skin raw.

The Bite Helper Story

Bite Helper | Bug Bite Itch & Irritation Neutralizer

Itch Situation

Neutralize an itchy bug bite in 45 seconds.

This bug bite soother uses science to soothe your skin after mosquito, bee, wasp, or ant bites.

Female insects leave a toxic insect saliva and bacteria-laden mixture when they bite. But bacteria are thermolabile (they’re destroyed by heat), so Bite Helper uses heat to kill the bacteria. To improve blood flow in the affected area, which also helps your skin recover, a pulsing vibration is added in, too.

Its barely-thicker-than-a-pen design makes Bite Helper easy to take with you on mosquito-prone trips. We learned it works best when you use it in the
four-hour window right after the annoying insect assault.

Pack it with you for camping, game day, or an outdoor event—it’ll stop the itch and sting in its tracks.
