Powder quit flowing

8/24/2015 by Judith

I used the sunscreen about four times before the powder quit coming into the brush. I have tried various things to get it flowing again, but, at the moment, it is not usable.

Hard to know

7/22/2015 by Bob

I bought one for me and one each for my grandchildren. The problem is it is impossible to know if it is spreading evenly. We notice blotches of it on our skin but is the rest of our skin covered too or exposed to the sun...hard to know?
For that reason I'm not going to be a repeat customer but worth the try

Having trouble getting powder onto brush

2/13/2019 by Marian

I have attempted several times to get the powder onto the brush. Finally I resorted to emptying the contents into a separate container then swirled the brush to get the powder.

Can’t tell if it come out

Difficult to dispense

5/13/2018 by Lynn

I was never able to get the powder to come through the brush enough to apply, no matter how hard I shook and tapped. Very disappointing.

Wow I bought this over a year ago and didn't care for it. You might want to update your site!

Wouldn't recommend.

Leaves a muddy look on skin

Not impressed.

Lousy purchase

7/29/2015 by Martha

This powder is supposed to be translucent, but instead is a strong yellow/olive tint...which looks awful on a fair pale/pink complexion. Should have stuck with Bare Minerals - I was hoping to use this on my neck and face when not wearing makeup, but it didn't work for me. Good idea, bad execution!

not user friendly

I am sure this product would be good if the powder were pressed. I found it very difficult to use as the powder/sunscreen was all over the place and unevenly dispersed.

The Brush On Block Story

Brush on Block - Mineral Powder Sunscreen

Easy Cover Up

Back off, sun. We’re armed with a brush.

Brush on Block is a mineral sunscreen for the whole family, in powder form. The self-dispensing brush is mess-free and easy to take with you, holding a cartridge of SPF 30 powder inside—a couple of shakes and you’re ready to apply. When you run out, just refill the brush.

Naturally occurring minerals like titanium dioxide and zinc oxide protect skin. And botanicals like chamomile and green tea extracts enrich, soothe, and replenish it. Because there’s no tint, you can wear it under makeup or over.

Brush some on the kids before a bike ride (it won't sting their eyes like lotion), or apply it before golfing, skiing, or hiking. No greasiness, and no more sunburnt noses.
