Great

Love them, exactly what I was hoping for. The only thing is that I wish as one gets in to the groove of things that there was a model that you could adjust the pressure of tension so that you wouldn't have to buy a second set at the higher poundage. I would have been willing to pay extra for a Bungy Pump that had that feature. I just don't like having extra things laying around.

Good so far.

I've only had my Bungy Pump Poles for a short time, but am pleased so far. I can tell they add intensity to my walk and I feel my upper arms are also getting a good workout. I would recommend Bungy Pump to my friends.

Good and bad

5/17/2018 by Jennifer

I like them but the instructions stated to put my hands through the straps. I did that and unfortunately I tripped and fell but the pumps stayed upright, pulling my shoulder out of the socket. It has been four months, doctor visits and massage and my shoulder still isn’t all the way healed....still have pain. When I start using them again I will never insert my hands through the straps.

Good quality workmanship.

I just received the walking sticks and am very surprised to feel the smooth suspension and how quiet it is. I am looking forward to strengthening my core and to stand erect when walking. The 8.8 lb. resistance is just right for me.

The BungyPump Story

BungyPump - Fitness Walking Poles

Power Walk

It’s not as high impact as other forms of exercise, and that’s exactly what makes walking such a healthy way to stay fit. Now, walking can do even more than strengthen your lower body.

BungyPump fitness poles transform a walk or hike into a total body workout that activates 90% of your muscles and burns up to 77% more calories compared to normal walking. Unlike rigid walking sticks, BungyPump features built-in suspension and provides smooth and steady resistance every time the poles are pressed down, no jarring or straining. The amount of resistance varies by model, ranging from 8 pounds for
recreational walkers to 13 pounds for more active lifestyles. Whichever BungyPump model you choose, the pole height is adjustable.

BungyPump originated in Sweden as an off-season training tool for cross-country skiers. But, given its ease of use, we’re not surprised it has become a favorite form of exercise among Nordic people from all walks of life. Physical therapists have even been known to recommend BungyPump for those recovering from injuries and back problems. These poles are made for strengthening not only your legs, but your core and arms as well.
