Great product for those of us who use oxygen and cannot use an oily substance.
Happy to find this item!

Great and convenient

Vicks is usually my go-to decongestant but I think I'very found a replacement. It helps with my allergy but I haven't tried it for a cold yet.

works well

First there should be a disclaimer - not by the maker of Clear My Head, but by this reviewer. And here's my disclaimer: no two human beings are alike and therefore no two human beings react the same way to a product. What may work for you may not work for me, and what may world wonders for me may have no effect on you whatsoever. This is evidenced in the human body's various responses to medications, which is the reason there is a massive disclaimer at the end of every drug commercial. That being said...

For the sake of statistics that may affect the result of this product, I'm a 47 year old, 1/2 Caucasian, 1/2 Native American male on several medications for blood pressure and cancer.

Clear My Head does not fully work for me. When I roll it all around my nostrils and upper lip, inhalation offers a delightful sensation and it may be reducing a small amount of my daily congestion, but it doesn't seem to reach far enough into the nasal cavity to do much good. HOWEVER, it has recently come to my attention that not all nasal congestion is actually caused by mucous, but rather inflammation of the nasal passage which no amount of decongestant can fix. It is possible that I suffer from inflammation rather than mucosal congestion, which means that my review of Clear My head could be invalid.
I will say that, even though it is not helping me much, it does have a marvelous scent, and I still like to use it for that.

A way to clear congestion.....

I've had chronic nasal congestion for years. Doctors often prescribe medication.....which usually doesn't work, is expensive & effects my liver. I now use both the jar & the roll- on. While they don't totally clear my head....they do help. The roll-on is a good way to breathe more freely while I'm out.

Smell great

Great smelling

but does little to help my daughter's stuffy head. Maybe it just takes a while to work.

Nice idea - but hard to share

2/1/2016 by Laura

I love this stuff. Keep it at my desk at work. The only problem is that there's no way to share it with others, b/c you don't want to get your germs or theirs into the bottle through the roller ball. It'd be cool if there was something you could roll the oil onto, to hand to another person.

This works best if I put on my hand and inhale from there.

The Clear My Head Story

Stuffy? Sniff this.

Soothe Sinuses

Plants clean the air. But they just might be able to clear your head, too. Made with herbs and essential oils hand chosen by aromatherapist Brenda Stansfield, Clear My Head is an all-natural remedy for stuffy noses and other sinus symptoms.

Inhaling just above the jar, you’ll get an invigorating scent of eucalyptus, rosemary, lavender, and other oils like ravensara—a Madagascan oil heralded locally as a cure-all. Or make a steam tent over a bowl of hot water from the tap and some of the botanical blend. Whichever method works for you, it’s more refreshing and refined than smearing on a
petroleum-based rub.

Arriving in Dayton, Ohio from her native Florida, Brenda learned that it’s not called “Sinus Valley” for nothing. Her volunteer job in an arboretum sparked an interest in the healing properties of scents. Now as a certified clinical aromatherapist, she harnesses the power of plants for health.

Brenda makes Clear My Head in small batches to ensure freshness, and packages each jar with a seashell (a reminder of her childhood in the Sunshine State) for scooping.
