I just ordered the barbeque sheet, and Becky's note will help this be successful: I use the BGE too, and it is easy to get it over 500 degrees if you aren't watching it pre-heat. I will make sure the sheet does not get overheated.

Love my Cookina

I grill all the time. I bought these for myself, 2 son-in-laws and my son. I put mine in the drawer and forgot about it. Finally got it out one day for some marinated vegetables I wanted to grill. OMG!!! They were so good. Then I had to do shrimp, and then fish, and salmon which I marinate in soy sauce and molasses. The marinade stays on the salmon and crystalizes. Amazing. I did get it a little hot though (I use a Big Green Egg)and need a new one. I got it way over 500 degrees by accident. Highly recommend.

I bought these for myself and my sons-in-law. We love them and I got a wild idea to cook breakfast on the grille using my coquina. I did it (make sure the grille is level first :-) I fried eggs sunny side up and when i closed the grille top the heat finished the eggs perfectly and they were still nice and runny. So not to be satisfied I did my favorite french toast, pancakes and scrambled eggs. I used a little non stick spray for good measure and what a great experience. These are just plain fun to use. We also used the oven version cut in two to make our Christmas gingerbread house this past holiday. Cannot say enough good about this product! thanks!!

Best grill accessory

This is the best grill accessory I own. It allows me to eel my grill clean while using it frequently. Works perfectly.

It's as good as they claim!

My husband LOVES to grill but is particularly finicky about how it's done. He insists that the grill be immaculate and spends too much of his limited energy cleaning. Not only did he love using Cookina, , I loved the flavor and the health aspects. No more aluminum foil to catch the small pieces, either! I even cleaned up afterwards which was, literally, just a matter of shaking off the crispy ash and then washing Cookina in the sink with warm water and dish soap. We just ordered four more for gifts!

Toss Your Pizza Stone!

After using this successfully on the grill, (grill marks on the food, exactly as claimed), I tried it in the oven to make pizza. MAN!!! After a couple of tries to make sure it wasn't a fluke, I tossed my heavy pizza stone. I can pat out the pizza dough directly onto the cooking sheet - no need to try and get the dough off the work surface and onto a peel (a real pain for me). Then I used the peel to slide the pizza, Cookina and all, into the preheated oven. Our pizza comes out PERFECT every time. Much crispier crust than the pizza stone. Strange, but true. You've GOTTA try this thing!
