Butter Mill

This is really a neat product. Makes using butter much simpler. You use less because of the shredded texture.

I I bought one for myself and one for my brother I forgot men have selective hearing ! After I told him how it worked every thing good till he forget to take it out of the refrigerator when he started cooking. So he waited till everyone set down to eat and he's fridge refrigerator is set very cold. But I haven't had a problem. I don't think he not. I love it!

So this has to be the best thing ever. I like real butter but its not really spreadable. You always see those life hack things about grating butter, but that's just messy. This makes it easy.

I've used it once. I needed a quarter pound of soft butter. Rather than waiting for 20 minutes for it to soften I used the Butter Mill and was able to use it right away. It does take some time to get all of it done, but it was worth the work and wait. I would recommend this product

It works!

We only use sticks of hard butter in my household and usually microwave it to soften it to use on toast or bread...and half the stick of butter melts to liquid in the center.

This product works great! Butter comes out very soft and spreadable without tearing the bread. Can't wait to try on corn on the cob!

Delighted with this product! Soft butter anytime I need it. Works exactly as described. Going to buy several more for gifts.

Great idea - easy to fill and even easier to use!! I have arthritis and have found it easier to turn if I take it out of the refrigerator and let it "warm" up a bit. It helps to also use a dish towel to dry up any condensation before using. Thank you for your clever invention.

I bought one to keep in my trailer for camping, so that I didn't have to keep the butter out or microwave it to soften it. I loved it so much that I took it to the house and have ordered another for the trailer and two additional for gifts. This works exactly as it is advertised

I just read all the reviews -- after I wrote my review -- should have read them first. I love this but I just wanted to mention that maybe some people don't get....they are saying it only holds half a stick -- cut the stick in half and put one on top of the other -- Now it holds a stick of butter! The person that said the tops keeps coming off when you turn it -- look inside the top, there are little tabs that line up with the tab on the clear part. Put them together and then twist. It should lock in place. I don't have any problem turning it - hold firm on the bottom white area and twist on top. As some have said, take it out abit earlier than when you need it if it is too hard. I love it!

The Cooks Innovations Story

Cooks Innovations - Butter Mill & Fridge Monkey

Smooth Spreading

How often have you tried—unsuccessfully—to spread cold butter on bread or a muffin?

The Butter Mill is an innovative (perhaps magical?) device that turns cold butter into a soft spread. Simply twist it and the butter is pushed through the stainless steel grater into super fine strands. With all that extra surface area, the butter is spreadable almost instantly. When you’re done, store the Butter Mill in the fridge until the next time you need it.

From Cooks Innovations, the Butter Mill is just one of their gadgets designed to make everyday life easier in the kitchen. Another of our favorites
is the Fridge Monkey. This flexible rubber mat maximizes space in your fridge by stacking bottles and cans. Inspired by the device that reportedly held cannon balls neatly and safely on ships, the Fridge Monkey has just the right amount of give to let cans sit in the cavities rather than roll out over the lip. Stack up to ten cans in a space that would normally fit four. It works for wine bottles, too.

With these handy kitchen helpers, your butter and beverages become even easier to enjoy.
