Handy item!

This is a handy item! I have one on my desk and one on my nightstand.
For the desk it's perfect, very convenient to have my charging cord ready to go. For the nightstand it's good with a "but". could be a bit heavier, it's fallen off a few times. I think if I get a longer charging cord it may solve that problem. Overall, I think it's a great product!

Very neat

I'm giving these as stocking stuffers this year. Very sleek and unobtrusive. I think they will be a hit. I wish they made a model that held two cords, each in separate grooves. Most people plug in more than one thing.

Great idea needs minor improvement

Got four of these to keep control of our cords attached to our ChargeHub. They get the job done but not without a little assistance. The cords don't fall behind the dresser like they use to but they swivel when your trying to push the cord back through so you have to hold them while the cord slides back through. Not sure what would fix this maybe a little more weight. Still happy I purchased them, haven't had to chase cords since.

Love it, but...

This is a great product. The design and the concept can't be beat. My only issue is that I have accidentally knocked it off my bedside table a few times and it's come unglued, literally. The cap on one of its halves has come off. So I guess my only complaint is its problem with resiliency to drops. But I love it and still use it although in pieces.

Works as advertised. It's heavy enough to keep the cord in place and small enough to not get in the way on the desk and/or night stand. It's easy to open to put the cord through and the magnetic hold keeps it appropriately closed. I think they look nice too.

Well designed

This is a very attractive way to keep your iphone and e-book cords on the night stand. It's much better looking than the plastic doohickey that I had been using, and I especially like that it will hold more than one cord at a time. It could be heavier, though. It did manage to get dragged off the nightstand at one point.

Deceiving picture

It appears that one would wrap the cord within the unit but only the two cord ends are held. The excess cord still hangs on table. It does however, keep the ends near for use.

Serves its purpose

Wish it had the ability to store excess cord. This is expensive for what it does.

Keeps falling off my nightstand

Needs to be heavier. Keeps falling off my nightstand.

The Cord Buddy Story

Cord Buddy - Cable Management System

Keeper of the cords

Nobody likes that tangled mess of cords hiding behind the desk (or even worse, in plain sight on the floor). Yet, we all put up with it because cords, chargers, and electrical devices have become an essential part of our daily lives.

After years working as an IT professional, Steve Kwak decided it was time to tame the cord chaos. He and his brothers, Kevin and Carl, founded Cord Buddy and began putting cords in their place.

Cord Buddy is available in your choice of three styles. A welcome addition to any desk, the GLOW can hold up to 3 different cords of varying widths. With an LED light that
senses motion and lights up if you move within 8-10 feet of it, the Glow also comes in handy on your bedside table. No more groping for your charger in the dark. The Basic is a weighted, single port Cord Buddy designed for that one go-to-device you just can't live without. And, for all the sports fans out there, Cord Buddy also comes in a set of athletic themes.

Cords and chargers are here to stay. Cord Buddy is here to help keep them neat and tidy.
