How do I check my registration status?

Your Registration application should process within 2-3 business days. You will get an email automatically welcoming you to our site once you are approved. If you are denied you will receive an email stating why.

What tax forms do you need to create a Grommet Wholesale account?

We are looking for a state issued resale identification form and a resale tax exemption form.

Why was my application denied?

We use a series of criteria to evaluate your application. Your application may be denied because of missing information from your application.  It could also be because you noted your retail site is based through Amazon or eBay, or your site appears to be a discount site. You can check to see if your site meets our requirements in our terms of service. If you have questions you can always ask our Wholesale Support team here.

Where is my invoice or order information sent?

The email address on the order will receive the order confirmation, and shipping confirmation. Once the order is shipped an invoice will be sent to the same email.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most items will ship within 2-3 business days of when your order is placed. If for some reason this is not the case, it will be noted below the “Add to Cart” button. Once shipped, arrival time will vary depending on the selected shipping method. Ground shipping takes approximately 7-9 days to arrive; Priority or 3-Day shipping takes 3-5 days, and Express shipping takes 1-2 days.

Can I specify a future ship date?

Yes, you will see this option at the check out. 

How do I track my order?

You can check the order status 24 hours a day by clicking on the Track Your Order link at the bottom of The Grommet Wholesale's webpage under Customer Service. If you are already logged into your account, you can go to My Account > My Orders and then select View Orders. On the order page, click on the Track Your Order link and a new window will pop up with your tracking information. Please note that it will take up to 2-3 days for most items to ship, and tracking information will not be available in most cases until an item ships out.

Can I cancel my order?

Our orders are processed immediately once they are placed. In most cases we cannot modify or cancel the order once it has been placed. If you see an error that needs to be corrected please contact our support team as soon as possible.

What is your return policy?

All sales on The Grommet Wholesale are final and returns are not accepted. In the event that you receive damaged product in your shipment, contact Wholesale Support and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.

How can I search for a Grommet on your website?

If you have an idea of what you are looking for, it's easiest to use our search tool on our website to find it. You can also browse by category or click Recent Launches to see everything we’ve launched lately.

Why can't I find a particular product that is on The Grommet?

Not all products that are available on The Grommet are available on The Grommet Wholesale. If there are particular products that you don't see on The Grommet Wholesale, please let us know and we'll work to get them added for you!

What is the cost of using The Grommet Wholesale?

There is no fee associated with applying for and maintaining a Grommet Wholesale account. The Grommet Wholesale allows you to buy products for your store, at the same rate that each Maker offers, and keep track of all your orders under the same roof.

How do I use the coupon code I received?

Shop and proceed to the check out as normal. In Step No. 4 of the check out, Payment Information, copy and paste your coupon code into the “Coupon Code?” field and click Apply. Your discount will be reflected in your total.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. We do not accept credit gift cards.

Where can I resell Grommets?

You can resell products purchased on The Grommet Wholesale anywhere in store and online except on sites which focus on price discounting such as group purchasing/buying sites and daily deal sites such as Fab, Groupon, LivingSocial, Gilt, as well as eBay and Amazon and their portfolio of related companies. Any reseller found to be in violation of these policies may have their account revoked. 

Is there a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy?

Do you offer dropshipping to my customers?

Unfortunately, Grommet Wholesale doesn't support dropshipping to end consumers. All of the products we carry are designed to be stocked in inventory by our retail partners. 

Can I use the photos on the Grommet to advertise on my own site?

Yes, you are welcome to use any photos on our site to advertise on your site.  If you need a higher resolution image we ask that you contact the Maker directly through the link on the Grommet page to request them.  Most of our Makers will be perfectly happy to help you sell their products
