Great Product

7/4/2017 by Susie

I've been interested in buying this product for several years but never felt confident in purchasing on other websites.
After seeing this featured on the Grommet, I bought without hesitation. I struggle with the connection at times and the app will just stop working. Which is frustrating but those are issues that can easily be resolved. Overall I am extremely pleased with my purchase and would recommend this to anyone who it on the fence about the purchase.

It's not that comfortable to insert so I never want to use it!

Did not work for me

7/12/2019 by MJ

I loved the idea of this, but it did not work for me. I had to use the additional cover to make it fit, which was a pain because you had to take it off each time to wash it and for charging. But more than that, I found that at least half the time, the app did not recognize my "work" and the little ball stayed in the same place. Then for the next exercise it would work; proving that the device and my phone were indeed connected. It was pretty frustrating. Grommet was great about accepting a return. I hope it works for other people better. It's a great idea.

Worked first time perfectly, then quit.

It worked the first time I used it, but never again. I’m working with customer support, and they’ve been very helpful so far. But until I get a working model, I have to say this doesn’t work.

The Elvie Story

Are you doing your kegels?

Kegel Trainer

It’s a good idea for ladies to do kegel exercises, but many don’t know where to start. (Or what it is they are exercising.) That’s where Elvie comes in. It’s a smart kegel trainer that coaches you through workouts to help strengthen your pelvic floor.

Elvie is connected to an app that provides feedback (and encouragement) as you work the pelvic floor muscles. This muscle group runs from the tailbone to the pubic bone, and acts like a hammock that lifts and supports your core. Keeping this area healthy is also important for major functions like bladder control and even sex.

Built-in sensors
gauge your strength and progress, and a workout is only about 5-10 minutes a few times a week. Regular Kegel exercises can help build up muscle tone and strength in this often overlooked, but important, area, which can lead to a stronger core—and a healthier you. Read More Read Less
