I sent these along with a cheese making kit to my daughter who likes to cook and try new things. She was very happy with them as she said she always has part of an open package of Blue cheese or mozzarella and these are just the thing to keep the cheeses fresh.

Happy I bought this — I buy a brie w/wild mushrooms from Trader Joe and I rewrap in this stuff and it never develops that ammonia-like smell as it ages. Good product and the writeable seals are a real plus.

Having lived in France for three years, I buy artisan cheese quite often and now the experience is even better storing with this paper. It's like wrapping a cherished present.
