I purchased the Ball Mason jar motif. Very nice addition to my 'southern' French kitchen. Generous sized and so very soft. Very nice towel. Would make a nice little hostess gift or a treat for yourself.

Classy Gifts

You can't beat these as a hostess or housewarming gift. I sent the red chicken one to my mother for Valentine's Day and she loved it. Nothing dries better than flour sack towels and to have them with designs is wonderful!

As described, a fun addition to our kitchen which lacks a dishwasher. Clever designs. I look forward to acquiring others, both for gifts and our own use. Would make a cute hostess gift!

I love these. Very Absorbent. Wash easy, come out of the dryer soft and lint free.

Flour Sack Kitchen Towels

I purchased several of these towels. They are great!! I especially like the fact that they are made in USA and are made from flour sacks. Don't know if the fabric is "recycled" or not, but it is still very nice. I plan to buy more as gifts for the holidays next year.

The Coin Laundry Story

Coin Laundry - Hand Printed Flour Sack Towels

Soak it up

When it comes to dish and hand towels, not all are created equally. The Coin Laundry is a Montana-based company that makes an assortment of towels to absorb whatever you dish out, all with a touch of 1950s style for any kitchen, bathroom, or bar.

What makes these towels so absorbent, as well as soft and fast-drying, is old-fashioned, eco-friendly 100% cotton flour sack. This same material traditionally was used for drying dishes, polishing glassware, straining food, and even proofing bread dough.

Founder Jennifer Blake uses earth-friendly inks and solvents to silk-screen design motifs like
Mason jars and foot pedal sewing machines for a timeless look.

In addition to finding inspiration from the quality craftsmanship of the past, Jennifer also looks to favorite songs like “Beat it” and everyday sayings to give the towels a light-hearted feel sure to make you smile.

Whether used for dishes or your hands, these towels can hang with the best of them.
