Great product, but the balls are easily chewed up

8/21/2015 by Katrin

Love loves it...but he chewed off the fuzz on the balls the first day. No fuzz, no launching. I'd love to see the balls be made like racquet balls and still be able to launch.

Not for medium to large dogs

Like the concept and it works great for small dogs. Larger dogs could choke on the small balls when they jump to catch the ball

Not easy

Not as easy as you would think to "train" your dog to drop the ball in the iFetch. The training is a lengthy process. You definitelyneed a few weeks.

OK, But......

I'm having trouble deciding how I feel about this. It works as it is supposed to do, however, unless you have a dog that is interested in bringing you the ball and dropping it down the chute, it is useless. My little pom loves to chase the ball, retrieve it and then runs away w the ball. So, I would be better off just tossing ball to him and saving the money...Helpful training tips on how to train your dog to drop into chute would've been helpful.

I fetch product review

1/5/2016 by Angela

The product is loud and doesn't meet the expectations I thought it would for my pets. I was under the impression that the ifetch would be self maintained by my dog but needs me to function it. the balls get stuck in the canal so I need to press the trigger function to make it work the entire time.

Continues to quit for no apparent reason. This is when it`s using the electric, haven't tried the battery option yet

The iFetch Story

iFetch - Automatic Ball Launcher

Retrieve & Repeat

Get it. Got it. Good dog. Fido, meet iFetch—an interactive, on demand ball launching toy designed to let your four-legged friend play fetch without you. Whether you’re home or at work, inside or outdoors, iFetch is sure to entertain, exercise, and stimulate small to large, fetch-loving dogs for hours.

Denny and Grant Hamill, the grandfather and grandson team who created iFetch, say the real genius behind their product innovation is the family’s fetch-crazed toy poodle named Prancer. The idea came to Grant while trying to do his homework as Prancer nudged, pawed, and begged him to throw the
ball over and over and over again. If only Prancer could play fetch without him . . .

With iFetch, when you’re ready for a break, Fido can keep on playing to his heart’s content.
