I purchased this set for a friend. She loves it! So do I! Guess another one needs to be bought!

Excellent Gift

Saw this set and was struck by how unusual and pretty it was, and decided to send a set to my Little Sister in AZ (we've were matched through Big Sisters over 50 yrs. ago - and she is really like family to me). She's alway been a tea drinker and she called me (I live in MA) as soon as she received it to tell me how much she loved it. She also said she was going to check The Grommet - she liked it so much and it is so different than most tea or coffee sets - plus it's pretty.

Truly artistic as well as useful pieces. Bought two sets and can hardly wait to gift one set to a special friend.

So far, what I have ordered on The Grommet has come quickly and without incident. I would highly recommend this site.

I have the Original design. I really like it! It’s much larger than I thought it would be. I rest my tea bag on the side dish. This is very cute!

I would have given this set 5 stars but there was 2 brown marks on the saucer but I didn't feel like returning it.

Distinctive and Homey

I love this item. It reminds me to slow down and take a moment to value the finer moments. In the future I may try to add to this purchase, so I may offer something to my visitors.

Poor Ceramic quality

I was so looking forward to using my wave mug and coaster. We ran a cup of coffee through it but saw many "heat" spots in the ceramic that were brown and made the set look stained and poorly made. I will only use it for fake plants now.

The Kamsah Story

Handmade to hand you peace, prosperity & snacks.

Ceramic Tradition

The unique serving pieces from Kamsah—like their colorful hamsa dish—are handmade in Nabeul, Tunisia. This area is known as the Mediterranean’s ceramics center, with a history that dates back centuries.

To support this age-old craft, Kamsah pays the local women who make each piece a fair wage. And they give 10% of their proceeds to organizations benefiting those artisans. Everything is beautiful and meaningful, from the wave mug and coaster set to the eye-catching star and hamsa dipping sets (made up of several small dishes that create the hamsa hand). It’s all safe for the dishwasher,
microwave, and freezer, and is PTFE- and lead-free, too.

We appreciate Kamsah’s help in ensuring the artists and their tradition of craftsmanship continue to thrive. And we think it’s fitting the name Kamsah comes from the "hamsa" symbol, which stands for peace, protection, and prosperity.
