Love this item

I live in Florida - land of the palmetto bugs. I don't like to pick them up when they are still somewhat alive and I don't like to kill them. I have a dog so can't use bug spray. This item is wonderful. I can dispose of the bugs immediately w/o a problem!

Great Product

This items works just as advertised, catch and disposal very exact and safe. Only negative is we bought the first catcher for my mother-in-law to use and due to arthritis in her shoulder and hands she can't reach up and squeeze the trigger. However, it works well for her at lower levels when her shoulder isn't extended. As I mentioned we bought a second catcher for me and my wife to use and it is exceptional.

This is a great tool

I ordered this item not for moving spiders from inside to outside but to pick up dead bugs (spiders, crickets, large wood roaches) and dispose of them. It makes it so I don't have to pick them up nor sweep into dustpan, which gives me the creeps...Great Product!!

Everyone should have one of these

This thing is never far out of reach in my house. I went from a nice custom home that had a few spiders to a mouse infested fixer upper and this critter catcher never failed. In fact, when I had to grab some mice scampering across the floor, I though for certain it wouldn’t be able to contain them. It did! I got the mice safely outside without a scratch. This has worked for so many different types of bugs and now mice that I’m confident of its safe and effective use on anything I’d rather catch and release than kill.....I wonder if it will catch fish? Perhaps I’ll take it on my next boating excursion. Two thumbs up guys....it’s the best gift on the list now.

Love Love Love

I bought this for my daughter, who lives next to a National Forest. You can imagine the critters who visit her house! She said that EVERYONE needs to have one of these Critter Catchers!
The only problem is grabbing a vinegaroon! It's almost too big for this size Critter Catcher, though she managed to nab it eventually.
I am sending one to my other daughter, also!

Catches all kinds of bugs everywhere! You can either put them in the toilet or let them go outside. Either way they're GONE w/out you having to get near them!!!!

Handles all kinds of bugs

Everyone who has tried My Critter Catcher has enjoyed capturing and releasing the bug, spider, cricket, whatever. No more mashing something and then cleaning up the remains, just grab My Critter Catcher, capture the critter, head for the door and put the problem outside where it belongs. No fuss, no muss.

Perfect Tool!

Have the Critter Catcher upstairs and downstairs--it has never failed me. I used to catch spiders and crickets in a paper cup--this catches them and doesn't hurt them so I can carry them outside and release them intact. Have given them to my children and grandchildren--they all use them.

The best!

I use this for the occasional roach that I find in the restroom in the middle of the night..relocating them to watery doom! My daughter has used it to take spiders outside. Amazingly effective, highest rating possible!

The My Critter Catcher Story

The tool for spider lovers and haters alike.

A safe distance

Whether you’re deathly afraid of crawly insects or an avid believer in their right to live, this handheld bug catcher is for you.

Squeeze the handle to open the bristles, release to grasp the bug, and squeeze again to free it—somewhere outside, we presume. The firm outer bristles help grip larger bugs (beetles, spiders, and even scorpions). Inside, the soft nylon bristles keep even smaller bugs safe.

With the long handle, you’ll enjoy a comfortable 25-inch distance from the critter. And that length also lends some leeway to grab insects in hard-to-reach spots.

Tony Allen designed My Critter
Catcher for his afraid-of-spiders son. Because spiders are helpful predators who get rid of other pests, Tony wanted a non-harmful way to catch and release.

This invention lets you declare “long live the bugs” and “keep that thing away from me” in one combined sweep.
