Doesn't work so hot for small spiders but works great for stinkbugs, which is what I bought it for.

Fun bug catcher

So easy to work and it does an exceptional job of catching bugs (without harming them). Easy to set them free.

Great tool!

This is the perfect gift for someone who doesn't want creepy-crawlies in the house, but doesn't want to kill them either. It works exactly as described and it even comes with a plastic "practice" spider to grab! We had a lot of fun on Christmas Day after this gift was opened - everyone wanted to "practice"! Seriously though- it's a wonderful tool to own.

So handy!

No more bug guts to clean up! I love it. Just whisk up that critter & let it go outside!

Love this!

I don't like the thought of killing anything. This is an amazing tool. It REALLY works. The spiders I've picked up with it appear unharmed when I release them out doors. The handle is plenty long and it's super easy to use. The captured creepers stay put until you can get the door open and get them to a safe place for release.

Couldn't love this more!

This is worth way more than they're charging for it... I have loads of bugs in my house, and I refuse to kill them but I don't really want them in my shower... enter the Critter Catcher. It's so easy to catch bugs of any size with this, I don't have to touch them or hurt them, and they are happily relocated to my backyard. Will buy more as gifts!

My daughter and I love our critter catcher. We keep it handy and get them out of the house fast! So glad this was invented.

Sanity saver!

We have arachnophobic pacifists at our house and this is the perfect solution to relocate our frequent spider visitors. I used to have to use a cup to "catch and release" but this is so much better! I highly recommend it!

Love this thing

I bought this about a year ago because I hate squishing bugs. This works great. We get Stink bugs in the Spring in New Jersey and with this I can pick the bug up and put him outside where it belongs. Even took this to work to show people. Great gadget.

Works Great!

I have been looking for something to catch bugs for quite a while, tried a few different products that were a waste of money, until I found this! I don't have to get up close and personal with the insect! No more bugs in the house!

The My Critter Catcher Story

The tool for spider lovers and haters alike.

A safe distance

Whether you’re deathly afraid of crawly insects or an avid believer in their right to live, this handheld bug catcher is for you.

Squeeze the handle to open the bristles, release to grasp the bug, and squeeze again to free it—somewhere outside, we presume. The firm outer bristles help grip larger bugs (beetles, spiders, and even scorpions). Inside, the soft nylon bristles keep even smaller bugs safe.

With the long handle, you’ll enjoy a comfortable 25-inch distance from the critter. And that length also lends some leeway to grab insects in hard-to-reach spots.

Tony Allen designed My Critter
Catcher for his afraid-of-spiders son. Because spiders are helpful predators who get rid of other pests, Tony wanted a non-harmful way to catch and release.

This invention lets you declare “long live the bugs” and “keep that thing away from me” in one combined sweep.
