I purchased for my Granddaughter for Christmas. She is 7 years old and she likes math. I have not had the chance to play it with her yet, but it looks like it will be fun.

I teach 4th grade and my students used this during math stations. They loved it! There are a few different options of how you can use the tiles. I love the versatility.

My kids love it!

Bought this for my bright 6 and 8 year old nieces. They love it! They both picked up on it quickly and often play alone, together, and with family. They can play at their own level (6 year old is not good with mult or div yet so sticks to add and sub). They bring it to family get togethers - such a fun family game!!!

Best game for Grandmoms....

Last year, I gifted my two youngest grandchildren with this game. Last summer, during a visit, one of them pulled out this game and insisted we play it. FUN! In a conversation with another Grandmom, a friend, I told her about it. She said she would have to look for it. Next day, I ordered another and gave it to her for this Christmas!

Great for all kinds of math practice.

We love this game so much we bought one for our school math specialist - who also loves it. Thanks for such a great way to teach math facts to our littles!

This is a great activity that can start simple then grow as children learn multiplication and division. We returned to the activity several times over the holiday weekend and I look forward to playing again next visit!

All age challenge!

I just LOVE bananagrams, so when I saw this game I thought it was genius!
As a homeschooling mom, this is a fun way for us to get some math in! My son is almost 8 and it is definitely a challenge, but it seems to be something we can grow into. Right now we just use the plus and minus tiles, but multiply and divide are next!

GREAT game! We love it!

This is such a great game. We have been playing it together as a family since we got it. It is so fun the kids barely even realize they are practicing math!

The Möbi Story

Math lovers (and haters) unite!

Calculated Fun

Möbi is a fun, fast-paced number tile game. The goal is to make simple math equations as quickly as possible—a great way for kids or grown-ups to apply math skills. Plus, it comes in an adorable blue whale.

Players draw blue number tiles, then use them to create simple equations (like 2+3=5) by including white math tiles (plus signs, minus signs, multiplication signs, etc.). Each valid equation is called a “pod.” Keep using your blue tiles to build new equations on those pods, almost like a crossword.

The first one to use all their blue tiles yells “Möbi” to win. Wild card tiles and a few
other creative rules make this a great family game. Want to play with younger kids? Just remove the multiplication and division tiles.

With no scores to calculate or paper or pencils, all you need to play Möbi is a flat surface. It’s a great travel, beach, or picnic game. And it can help kids with hand-eye coordination, cooperative play, and automaticity, which is the ability to apply learning automatically without actively thinking about it.

Wife-husband creators Vanessa and Mark Ellingson like classic word games (Scrabble, Bananagrams) that disguise learning as play. They wanted to invent a game their son, Noah, would stay interested in as he grows up.

Whether or not you think you love math, you’re bound to love Möbi.
