Perfect Way to Make Bread

I LOVE my bread bowl. Not only is the esthetically bowl pleasing (perfect with my décor) but I can make delicious bread. I have been making a variety of breads and my family couldn't be happier!!!

Got this for my hubby who makes no-knead bread & he loves it. He previously used cast iron pots & the lids always caused flat tops b/c they weren't tall enough. Bread comes out very easily. Haven't used it for any other cooking yet.

Great for gluten free breads, too

My husband went gluten free recently and has a really tough time finding breads that taste good. So I had bought this hoping it would help and it did! The crust was crunchy and the inside was soft and springy. Actually made the bread very close to a regular wheat bread. He's thrilled. Next I'm going to try a gluten free irish soda bread in it.

Bread came out just as I hoped - nice and moist - and no sticking to the pan. Haven't used it for meat/stews yet but am expecting good results. It's like a Big Green Egg for inside.

I am extremely pleased with this product! Bread crust was outstanding. Remove the olives from the recipe listed, add two T. of olive oil or water, and you get a tasty rosemary bread!

I love this pot, and a baked chicken tastes better than any chicken you have ever tasted. However, the baked chicken recipe says to put the raw chicken in the pot that has been heated to 500 degrees. When I did, the pot cracked - a network of small cracks on the bottom and one up the side. So I will not be heating the pot first anymore. I hope the pot doesn't break the next time I use it, but if it does, I will buy another one - I love it too much not to have one! Next - baking my own bread!! I may need two - my grandson now wants "Mammom's chicken" almost every night!!!

We purchased the Sassafras Bread Dome with much hesitation. After just one use my wife, who has baked bread for sixty years, will no longer do it unless it is in the dome. Not only does she exclaim about the beauty of the loaves but she, and everyone else including myself, loves the taste. She uses the simple recipe that was included with the dome and it makes the best tasting bread ever. She (we) love it.
