Ordered two and gave them to our kids who have dogs, they love them. The Soggy Doggy is super absorbent and cleans off easily.

Doggie Towel

It is a good product but wish it were like about another 6"s wider

Dries my clumsy puppy who continually falls in the pool. Super soft and absorbent. Love this product.

It's GREAT !

Works very well,Quickly dries both of my dogs!

Hubby didn't like

7/20/2020 by Renee

Hubs said it was too thick. I thought it dried well. Our dog is hairy and I thought it worked well.

this is ok, it would be better if it was easier to keep your hands in the pockets. Dogs squirm and you can't hold the towel = wet dogs

does an ok job

6/16/2015 by Edie

a little hard to use, kind of heavy and floppy. has a really weird smell which will probably go away with washing

See below

Great absorbency, but needs to be longer to accommodate large dogs when drying the underside of the dog.

I would have paid a few dollars more for a longer, more towel-like shammy!

Great product but dogs don't like it

3/5/2015 by Robert

Thought this would be a solution to our two dogs coming in from rain and snow, it works well, but unlike the dogs in the commercial our dogs try to avoid it like the plague when they come in and want to chew on it otherwise, shipping and handling sure upped the cost of this item significantly

The Soggy Doggy Story

Soggy Doggy UpdateDec2016 V3

Paw Patrol

Tired of dirty, wet paw prints all over your house? Joanna Rein remembers feeling that way.

Despite stockpiling rags and towels by the backdoor, her four young kids could never tackle their dog Buddy’s wet paws when he came in from the yard. She wanted an easy way to clean and dry Buddy without creating a huge mess, and she was inspired by two things: the tiny chamois towel she saw a swimmer using at a swim meet, and the soft, dangling brushes in a car wash. It took some experimentation (and help from a patient tailor) before Joanna perfected a simple, practical solution for wet paws that even
Buddy likes using.

The secret is in the “noodles,” the textured strands of microfiber chenille that are woven together to create Joanna’s Soggy Doggy Doormat and Soggy Doggy Super Shammy. These shaggy textiles soak up water and trap dirt like a sponge. And they really work. The doormat can absorb 5 times more water than a regular cotton doormat, and it easily doubles as a crate pad, car mat or couch cover. The Super Shammy—which has hand pockets so you can get a firm grip when you’re toweling off your pooch—can hold up to seven times its weight in water.

Dogs love the softness, while we love the durability (just toss in the washer and dryer). It’s the best reward for a wet romp.
