The shammy does a great job of removing most of the water from my long- haired German Shepherd dogs’ fur.

Looks great

It’s the best drying towel ever! Super absorbent and soft! Great that it has pockets for my hands and stays on while I dry my dog. He also loves it and snuggled into the shammy. Also love that it has a loop to hang it up. We travel in a Class B RV so hang it by the door for a quick dry off after soggy walks with our short legged dachshund. Excellent product!

Really absorbs!

This really does absorb a lot of water....cuts down on blow dry time on my King Charles Caviller.

Very Useful

My son-in-law loved this gift...he and my daughter have 6 dogs, and when it's raining, this comes in very handy!

Major hit!

Have had about a year but with all the rain in California had to write review. This has proven to be a quick drying sensation. Our lab comes in soaked. She loves the feel of the shaggy doggy and is willing to stand somewhat in place as I rub her dry. Tail wagging the whole time. Absorbs water so quickly. Washes easily.

Bought second one to use on her weekly baths! Great invention!!

This is fantastic.

This shammy is super absorbent and easy to care for. Throw it in the washer and dryer. Plus, my dog seems to enjoy the rubdown with it. Highly recommended!!!

Love this

This is a great towel for drying off my large lab mix. It’s harder to use on his underbelly & legs, but he only has the patience to have his back wiped off anyways. Would recommend

The Soggy Doggy Story

Soggy Doggy UpdateDec2016 V3

Paw Patrol

Tired of dirty, wet paw prints all over your house? Joanna Rein remembers feeling that way.

Despite stockpiling rags and towels by the backdoor, her four young kids could never tackle their dog Buddy’s wet paws when he came in from the yard. She wanted an easy way to clean and dry Buddy without creating a huge mess, and she was inspired by two things: the tiny chamois towel she saw a swimmer using at a swim meet, and the soft, dangling brushes in a car wash. It took some experimentation (and help from a patient tailor) before Joanna perfected a simple, practical solution for wet paws that even
Buddy likes using.

The secret is in the “noodles,” the textured strands of microfiber chenille that are woven together to create Joanna’s Soggy Doggy Doormat and Soggy Doggy Super Shammy. These shaggy textiles soak up water and trap dirt like a sponge. And they really work. The doormat can absorb 5 times more water than a regular cotton doormat, and it easily doubles as a crate pad, car mat or couch cover. The Super Shammy—which has hand pockets so you can get a firm grip when you’re toweling off your pooch—can hold up to seven times its weight in water.

Dogs love the softness, while we love the durability (just toss in the washer and dryer). It’s the best reward for a wet romp.
