I love these

12/31/2016 by Kathleen L

I have 2 Golden Retrievers and you can't keep them away from water. My little girl gets hot spots from being wet all the time as I couldn't dry them completely with a regular towel. These make them almost bone dry. She hasn't had a hot spot since I got this. Thank you for such a great product.

This is a great "towel" to have for your pet. Simple, durable design that really works. Plus it looks much better than an old towel hanging by the back door!

Really soaks up the water!!

My Golden Retriever can hold a LOT of water in her coat. I used to have to go through 5 or 6 big towels every time I bathed her. With this, I'm down to just one towel!! AMAZING!!

No more soggy doggy

11/14/2016 by Sheila

We live in a very wet area. Just this past October we received over 17 inches of rain. As a result Molly our Golden Retriever was a soggy doggy no matter how much towel drying I would do. She was still very wet. I saw the soggy doggy video and thought. I have to try this. My order came very quickly. It didn't take long for the next rain storm and the true test. Prior to the storm I practiced rubbing Molly down with the soggy doggy shammy. She loved the play time. When she came in soaked to the bones, I brought out the shammy and she just stood there loving every minute instead of trying to get away like she would do with towels. It was amazing how well the shammy worked. After each use I would hang it up to dry which didn't take long at all. When it gets dirty, just toss it in the wash and it comes out good as new. Both Molly and I highly recommend the soggy doggy shammy. Well worth the money

This is a great product for Sadie after our walks in the rain. It is very easy to use and she thinks it's a game, so drying her is easy.

We live in rainy western oregon, and this is a great shammy for our big dog - it dries him off quickly and easily.

The Soggy Doggy Story

Soggy Doggy UpdateDec2016 V3

Paw Patrol

Tired of dirty, wet paw prints all over your house? Joanna Rein remembers feeling that way.

Despite stockpiling rags and towels by the backdoor, her four young kids could never tackle their dog Buddy’s wet paws when he came in from the yard. She wanted an easy way to clean and dry Buddy without creating a huge mess, and she was inspired by two things: the tiny chamois towel she saw a swimmer using at a swim meet, and the soft, dangling brushes in a car wash. It took some experimentation (and help from a patient tailor) before Joanna perfected a simple, practical solution for wet paws that even
Buddy likes using.

The secret is in the “noodles,” the textured strands of microfiber chenille that are woven together to create Joanna’s Soggy Doggy Doormat and Soggy Doggy Super Shammy. These shaggy textiles soak up water and trap dirt like a sponge. And they really work. The doormat can absorb 5 times more water than a regular cotton doormat, and it easily doubles as a crate pad, car mat or couch cover. The Super Shammy—which has hand pockets so you can get a firm grip when you’re toweling off your pooch—can hold up to seven times its weight in water.

Dogs love the softness, while we love the durability (just toss in the washer and dryer). It’s the best reward for a wet romp.
