very chic

For a crisp word print look hang these kitchen towels where they let your guests in the kitchen help out with these. They will smile and inquire where you found them.

Great Product

I absolutely love this towel. It is the only towel in my house that will completely dry the dishes. The only downside I see is that I wish it was a little thicker.

cute

Cute towel to add something fun to my kitchen. It was a little small and sort of thin so I'm just using it as decoration instead of as an actual towel. Still, it's cute and I've had several people comment that they like it.

love them

4 stars for the towels, minus 1 star for the price. I grew up drying dishes with these kind of towels and I'm 63. The texture of the towels always takes me back and reminds me of my mom. If they were cheaper, I would buy at least 3 more.

Happy to find these

My girlfriend is a huge fan of flour sack towels, but has been sorely disappointed with the last batch she bought. I ordered four towels recently and received them today (quick!). I love the prints! She will receive two Rise and Shine and two Poppies, but not sure if I will wait for her birthday in May or give them for Valentine's.

Love these twels and humour!

Love these towels but would like more solid inking - many of them have places where there is ink missing in the motif and/or words. How about a big old fashioned wooden spoon with "STIR IT" or a spatula with "FLIP IT" etc. ? They'd fit right in with this group.

The Coin Laundry Story

Coin Laundry - Hand Printed Flour Sack Towels

Soak it up

When it comes to dish and hand towels, not all are created equally. The Coin Laundry is a Montana-based company that makes an assortment of towels to absorb whatever you dish out, all with a touch of 1950s style for any kitchen, bathroom, or bar.

What makes these towels so absorbent, as well as soft and fast-drying, is old-fashioned, eco-friendly 100% cotton flour sack. This same material traditionally was used for drying dishes, polishing glassware, straining food, and even proofing bread dough.

Founder Jennifer Blake uses earth-friendly inks and solvents to silk-screen design motifs like
Mason jars and foot pedal sewing machines for a timeless look.

In addition to finding inspiration from the quality craftsmanship of the past, Jennifer also looks to favorite songs like “Beat it” and everyday sayings to give the towels a light-hearted feel sure to make you smile.

Whether used for dishes or your hands, these towels can hang with the best of them.
