Don’t waste your money

It does not work as shown in the advertisement. I am extremely disappointed!

Waste of money

All this does is crack the egg. It does not make it any easier to peel. So disappointed!

Doesn't work

Bought this for my husband for Christmas as he struggles with peeling some eggs. No Bueno! Does not work

Complete waste of time and money

12/25/2019 by Les

I bought this hoping it would help making deviled eggs when a dozen at a time are being peeled/prepared. All it does is add a few messy steps to the peeling process. I tried this thing carefully and hopefully on 4-5 eggs before returning to the regular peeling process.
Nothing is gained by using this thing, except from making a sloppy watery mess. The eggs still required additional cracking before peeling after coming out of this thing; and they certainly did not peel any easier overall.

Not impressed

Didn't worked. Broke the eggs to pieces. Threw in trash.

Not so great!

Maybe I’m doing something wrong, but willing to give this one more try before returning all three. I followed the instructions. Maybe it’s the brand of eggs, or how they were cooked, not sure. The first egg not only removed the shell but quite a lot of the egg white as well. The second time shell was not easy to remove and some egg white got removed as well.

A let down

I was so excited about this but doesn't really work like its stated... I'm back to peeling the egg a little at a time.

Not worth the money

I purchased one for myself and two to give as gifts. After using the device I realized I could crack the eggs on the counter for a similar outcome and save the cost of the purchase. Save your money for a more useful Grommet item.

Peels nothing

I would give it zero stars if I could. I followed directions, put the egg in, shook until I was tired—nothing. It’s so small there’s no room for a large egg to even move around.

not that useful

Used this about two or three times, followed directions, etc. In my view, it didn't radically or magically make peeling a hard boiled egg easier. Found it just as easy and as quick to do it by hand as always.

The NEGG® Story

The Negg | Hardboiled Egg Peeler

Eggcellent Peeler

Peel an egg without pulling your hair out.

Cold water and some shaking is all it takes for this hardboiled egg peeler to work. It’s a Made in the USA kitchen hero that conquers a dreaded chore sleekly.

Maker Bonnie Tyler signed up to bring deviled eggs to a party and—after a failed attempt at peeling—showed up with a bag of potato chips instead. After some prototyping and research at her local library, she cracked a solution.

Bonnie combined the elements of industrial peeling (i.e., vibration, movement, and water) to create something small, portable, and easy to use at home. That’s how The
Negg was hatched. She even managed to get it manufactured in Connecticut, her own backyard.

Now you can de-shell your eggs with just cold water and a little bit of effort.
