The Negg is Fantastic!

I tried 2 other gadgets, ine from The Grommet, that was a fail, and the otger from Bed, Bath, and Beyond, also a fail. The Negg is simple and works very well plus no messy cleanup! Gave one to a friend, waiting to hear her opinion!!

Hard boiling eggs

I've tried this with a small mason jar and it works! The trick to peeling hard boiled eggs was printed in Cook's Illustrated magazine about a year ago. Use a steamer basket! Bring a pot with a few inches of water to a boil, put eggs in the basket and suspend over the boiling water (not in the water), cover and cook for 15 minutes. Submerge eggs in an ice bath until cold. They peel easily under running water, but I know the Negg will work just fine.

Great gift

Peels those eggs!

I must admit to being quire skeptical when I ordered this gadget. In my experience, very few gadgets live up to their hype. In fact, very few gadgets work worth a darn.

If you buy A Negg to peel An Egg, it will do just that. Hard-boil your eggs. Put water in the Negg up to the top of the bottom red portion. Add your egg. Give a few vigorous shakes. Slide your egg out and slip off the shell.

So far, every bit of shell has come off of every egg with no problem. Ready to make deviled eggs, the hallmark for a perfect hard-boiled egg.

Really works!

I was skeptical at first but hate peeling eggs so I decided to try it. It works and for anyone who likes boiled eggs, it is a must-have.

Love this egg peeler...

...because it really works! So many times I purchase items that promise results, yet don't deliver. This grommet does what it is supposed to do, and I now use more eggs in healthy salads and dishes. I plan to purchase several for my cooking friends for the holidays. Great product!

Love It!

I have tried other products to make peeling eggs easier, but never worked. This peeler is Amazing! I highly recommend it. It is so simple to use!

Cuts your time in half

If you're always the one assigned to devil eggs at a pot luck of 30 plus (like I am) this will cut you're time in half! It totally works! I no longer stress and cringe at the thought of pealing 2 dozen eggs. Can also be used for small shakes. I'm sure I'll find more uses for it.

Another wonderful idea

I was skeptical about this product but I bought it and couldn’t believe my eyes when the shells were actually coming off the eggs. Make sure you follow the directions and you can make egg salad or save the hard boiled ones for later. Good protein snack. I even sent one to my sister-in-law.and she was so happy she didn’t have to try and peel an egg again.

The NEGG® Story

The Negg | Hardboiled Egg Peeler

Eggcellent Peeler

Peel an egg without pulling your hair out.

Cold water and some shaking is all it takes for this hardboiled egg peeler to work. It’s a Made in the USA kitchen hero that conquers a dreaded chore sleekly.

Maker Bonnie Tyler signed up to bring deviled eggs to a party and—after a failed attempt at peeling—showed up with a bag of potato chips instead. After some prototyping and research at her local library, she cracked a solution.

Bonnie combined the elements of industrial peeling (i.e., vibration, movement, and water) to create something small, portable, and easy to use at home. That’s how The
Negg was hatched. She even managed to get it manufactured in Connecticut, her own backyard.

Now you can de-shell your eggs with just cold water and a little bit of effort.
