The Squatty Potty (Plastic Version) works exactly as advertised. I wish I had had one of these years ago.

The Way We Should

I have not used this product, but I have no doubt I will be pleased.

I am one of those individuals who's been into natural, healthy living for many years. I've followed the old herbalists of the 1970's and I've known for years we should "squat" in some fashion when we eliminate--it's natural and the way humans have done since our existence, except Western society, for some reason, which resorts to "the easy, lazy" route.

When I saw this advertisement, there was no doubt about purchasing it. I said "wow, folks are catching on!" In so-called Third World countries, this is how rural folks do it, without the aid of a squatty potty--they just stoop down and do their business. But, if you haven't been stooping for your entire life (building those thigh muscles and legs, ankles!), you're better off with this product to help you.

Many thanks, Grommet, for helping us return to the way it should be done!

Every potty should have one!

As a medical professional, I am very aware of the need to reduce the colorectal angle in order to completely evacuate the waste from your colon. I have wanted one of these for years, but waited to get the right one. The eco is made of a durable nylon plastic that is easily wiped clean and the white, low profile design blends with the toilet. Great price point as well!

Best Buy

This item should be an automatic part of the commode system. I am Astonished at the ease of my visits now. This is the best purchase that I have made in a really long time. Thanks

A great product.

A very good product. I bought this for my son and he thought it was too high. His toilet is very low. But I told him that it is good to elevate your legs. I told him that he has to get used to it. All in all it is good.

It really works!

An amazing and easy to use device that takes advantage of anatomy to position the body for easy bowel movements. It is such a helpful item. Frankly, I would start out children on this so their bodies are used to the natural squatting position. Absolutely love it!

The Squatty Potty Story

The SquattyPotty - Toilet Stool

Optimal Alignment

In our high-tech world, it’s fascinating to discover a low-tech product that can provide relief from common health ailments. The Squatty Potty is just a stool—no buttons, screens, whistles, or bells—but it can lead to healthier bowel movements.

The premise is simple: The Squatty Potty helps you get into a squat position while you’re going to the bathroom, which is the ideal posture for emptying your bowels. Raising your knees in this way is healthier than sitting, experts say, since a squat position can straighten kinks restricting the colon.

Bobby Edwards came up with the idea for the Squatty
Potty to help his mother, Judy, who suffers from colon-related health problems. Judy was using bulky phone books, boxes and stools to adjust her bathroom posture before Bobby and his father, Bill, devised a more streamlined squatting platform.

The benefits of using Squatty Potty include faster, cleaner, and easier bowel movements. Proper bathroom posture also can help prevent colon disease and alleviate ailments such as constipation, hemorrhoids, and pelvic floor issues. When it’s not in use, the Squatty Potty can be stored discretely at the base of the toilet.
