An unbelievably strong magnet

10/30/2017 by Larry

I hate putting holes in my ties with tie tacs and this was a great way to eliminate that. The magnet is so strong that it holds through both parts of the tie and my shirt to keep the tie in place. Be careful when you take it off because it will attract any metal within a short distance from it.

Works Like a Charm!

The Tie Mag is perfect for anchoring scarves on clothing or securing one on a hat. The strength of the magnet is extremely strong, however, and there is a short learning curve necessary to master it.

Great Tie Tack

This thing has some serious magnetism. It holds easily through 3-5 layers of cloth with no problems and keeps your tie nice and straight..

Great

The Tie Mag looks very nice. It works great. The magnet is strong enough to hold securely even through thick ties and shirts. This is much better than regular tie tacks that leave holes in my ties.

Works, but be careful

3/16/2016 by Mark

It works as advertised (that magnet is STRONG), but it can be dislodged. I was carrying some boxes and one of them slipped catching my tie with enough force to pull my tie mag apart, and - Murphey having been an optimist, and there being a plastic drain pipe right there - well, you guessed it: down the pipe with my tie mag. It is a really neat product if you are pretty sedate when wearing a tie.

The Tie Mags Story

Tie Mags - Magnetic Tie Clip

Use the Force

Tie Mags are simple, stylish magnetic tie clips, made with a high tech alloy that resists rust and corrosion. With industrial-strength magnetic force, Tie Mags keep your tie—or scarf, or cuffs, or other accessories—in place, without leaving a mark on your tie.

Maker Paul Robert Prusinowski's collection of nice, expensive ties was constantly at risk around food, coffee, and office supplies. But he didn’t want to poke holes in the silk or crease it with traditional tie pins and clips. He began experimenting with magnets to clasp a tie, and he designed Tie Mags to look as good as the tie they’re
on.

So, don’t just keep your tie and accessories in place. Keep them intact, with Tie Mags.
