I loved this but...

7/6/2017 by Beth

I truly loved this and used it perfectly for about 5 months before the top adapter for my iphone 6 broke. I'm not aware if there are any replacement parts offered, but if there is I'd like to be directed as to where to purchase. I just didn't think after less than a year of use one of the adapters would snap off. Otherwise worked really well.

Some advantages

1/23/2017 by Linda

I like it. I can use my phone easily when it's charging to talk on speaker or watch the news in the kitchen. But I have to take the protective cover off each time I charge it. For that reason I tend not to use it because it is annoying and breaks down the cover from so much use.

Great idea, some limitations

8/19/2016 by @mcdempsmc

The description of the product should note that it does NOT work with GFI outlets, so not in a kitchen, as it would seem some of the photographs have it. Also, that it does work on horizontal outlets, but you can't use the dock, only the USB ports. It's a great idea for vertically installed outlets.

Not helpful

I bought this for my husband because he is constantly stealing my charger, however because of the phone case we cannot easily use the charger. You have to take it out of the case - which he will not do in order to charge the phone.

Ports great/electrical outlets mediocre

Like the ports and phone/tablet connection above. The electrical outlet portions are a but big and cords fall out of the outlet. Slightly bending electrical prongs to get s tighter fit is somewhat effective.

Good device, but not perfect

7/21/2016 by Janet

While this is a good way to charge several devices, my only complaint is that in order to charge an iPhone using the plug in on the top of the device, the iPhone must be out of a case so that it will connect properly.

Small frustration!

7/11/2016 by Christine

I'm disappointed because all my outlets are upside down. Just a small frustration. I have to charge my phone from the bottom. Guess it can't be fixed unless I return them (bought two-both a problem) and I'm not going to do that.

Great until it broke

11/8/2016 by Lisa

This was a great solution to our need to charge many devices in one place, until one of the prongs on the top charger broke off in my iPhone. The friendly folks at the Apple store removed it easily and there was no damage to my phone but that top charger is no longer usable.
