Great Product

Its so nice to watch a infomercial or hear about a product, then order it and have it work as they said it would...this does. Fired it up at 6 pm, at 6:20 we had 3 pizza's done and ready to eat. My advice...order it and enjoy it!!!

Great Group Gatherer

The UUNI has made getting our friends, family and neighbors to come by is offering a pizza making party at our place an easy and fun experience! Everyone loves the little UNNI and how hot it gets and how fast it makes each pizza. The slowest past of the pizza making is the time it takes to prepare the pizza toppings initially and that we need another peele or two to have the pizzas ready when one is done and we can put another one in. The pizza crust is the best of any pizza you can buy or order. The UNNI is the best! We love how easy it is to heat it up and keep it hot using the pellets. We have a Big Green Egg, but it's much more involved to get it to heat with the charcoal. The UNNI gets to temperature in 15 minutes and stays hot by keeping the pellet flew full of pellets... We LOVe our UNNI!!!

Great pizza, flavorful, with a crunchy crust.

It was a gift for my son who like to DIY. He followed the recommendations except he preheated the oven for a full 15 minutes to make sure it was really hot. The pizzas were cooked perfectly in about a minute.

We had been wanting to make a brick pizza oven in our backyard, but to do it properly is very expensive. Then I saw the Uuni on The Grommet. We bought it and have not regretted it. It did take a few times to perfect our technique, but now we have perfect pizza every time. We made a brick and stone stand for it near our patio. We have even taken it camping. So much fun to have wood fired pizza away from home. Now, when we go camping with our friends they always ask us to bring the Uuni. This is a great purchase for the money.

Takes time and practice

Have learned to like it. This is not the set up for people who like a lot of toppings on their pizza. The taste however, is exceptional once you learn the technique.

Less is more

I have found this to be trial & error. The key is to not use a lot of toppings/sauce as it will make a mess! Less is more and read the instructions! Makes a great pizza in no time, once you get the hang of it!

Great value for a pizza oven

Pellet fuel makes it very portable. We will also try with propane conversion in future to assess which fuel provides best results and conveniences

Unique and Perfect

I ordered the Uuni Pizza Grill for my husband for his 75th Birthday! He's a man who loves his carbs and unique gadgets! The pizzas cook in 60 seconds as written. They are just the perfect size for one or two people. The only complaint I have is that The Grommet doesn't sell the pellets nor offer the storage case. These two accessories would have been ideal to make his gift extra special.
