Absolutely delicious.

I ran out of my first order and had to use regular syrup from the grocery store. What a disappointment. My pancakes had no flavor. There is no comparison to Wood's syrup.

Delicious --we absolutely love it and will continue to purchase as long as it is available. Discounts would be nice because I do order in bulk to share with family and friends. We love it!!!

YUMMY

A great syrup! Don’t let the smoke cause you to think this would not be good. It’s sweet with a hint of smokiness. Excellent by itself or part of a BBQsauce. Just wonderful as a sauce..enjoy!

Bought this for my boss who regularly grills and smokes meats. Was very excited and loved it! Caramelized his roast perfectly. Can't wait to get some for me!

Fantastic infused Maple Syrup

Met Al Wood at the Maine Lobster Festival a few years ago. Bought his syrup on a whim. Been a good gift to those who love Maple Syrup but would never know to try it. Best is the rum flavored, IMHO.

WOW!

Who knew the addition of rum to 100% maple syrup would taste so wonderful! I used to live in Vermont and believe firmly that the only maple syrup worth it's name is Vermont maple syrup but what a surprise when I saw this syrup made in Randolph Vermont had the addition of rum... oh my goodness! It's a grown-up taste marvelius on porridge or pancakes. I even invented a new drink I call Wood's Vermont Maple Rum Fantastique! Put 1 & 1/2 jiggers of rum, 1 jigger of Woods Maple Syrup w/ Rum, and several ice cubes in a shaker. Shake well. Pour into a chilled Manhattan glass and add 1 or 2 maraschino cherries!

Delicious!

I ordered the Maple syrup with rum. I am very pleased with it. You have the taste of maple with a hint of rum. It is not real sweet, nor bitter with the rum. When adding to pancakes or waffles, you get the taste of maple without the super sweet taste that other syrups have, so it lets the other flavors come through as well. It will be a nice touch to baking.

The package was delivered quickly, and packaged well. Each was individually wrapped for better protection.

He Loved It!

I bought this for my husband as part of his Father's Day gift. He's trying to stay away from fake syrup with the high fructose corn syrup. This was definitely a hit with him. Will repurchase when he runs out, thanks!

The Wood's Vermont Syrup Co. Story

Have you ever put maple syrup HERE?

Maple Madness

Traditionally made, but uniquely flavored, Wood’s specialty flavored maple syrup is like no maple syrup you’ve had before.

Maker Albee Wood makes the syrup the way it’s been made on his family’s farm for five generations, tapping more than 5,000 trees and boiling down the sap. Then he gets creative, even aging some of the syrup in bourbon or rum barrels.

You can use this flavored maple syrup in so many new ways—in sauces, for baking, over ice cream, and even in cocktails. It’s packaged for gifting and perfect for anyone who loves to eat.

In another innovative twist, Wood also makes a maple
cream, whipping the syrup until the liquid is removed and the texture is like butter. It spreads like butter too, and won’t make pancakes—or anything else you spread it on—soggy. It will just make them delicious. Read More Read Less
